UK lockdown November-December/January 2020/21
Just a little update: for the duration of our UK lockdown (lasting from Nov - Dec/Jan 2020/21 but this may be extended) my classes have moved online and will be live streamed using Zoom.
If you would like to join me online, please just drop me an email and I'll send the zoom link :-)
Classes online cost £6 per session, or I offer block discount bookings. Also bookable on MoveGB.

What I offer
My love for yoga and facilitating bespoke classes to suit individual and group needs is a real passion. Endlessly curious about the body - as a yoga teacher, climber, runner and keen cyclist myself - I really enjoy geeking out about the benefits of movement and yoga on our physiology. And how playful, accessible and mindful movement then affects our overall wellbeing.
The reasons we come to yoga are as vast as they are varied! There is something for everyone in yoga, sometimes it's just about taking the first step! You may be looking to:
Improve general fitness and flexibility;
Strengthen and tone;
Build core strength;
De-stress and improve your immune system;
Build greater mobility and joint strength;
Rehab an injury, manage chronic pain or improve performance in other sports;
Relax, unwind and connect more deeply with your body and breath;

Or, maybe you just want to move and 'de-crunch' yourself after a long day sitting at a desk!

GROUP CLASSES AND ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
I offer group classes in-studio and online in Bristol. All my classes are available online via live stream from wherever you are and in the comfort of your own home! Hurray for pyjama yoga. Check out my 'Classes' page to find out what classes I hold and where.
If group classes are not for you, fear not, I also offer one-to-one private sessions for all abilities, levels of experience, body types and genders.
