An extended class of slow flow yoga followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation.

Join me for an evening of taking. it. slow.  Gentle movement followed by dreamy, deep relaxation with a guided yoga nidra meditation. This workshop is designed to help destress, unwind, rest and relax.....all you need is a warm blanket, some cosy socks and a mat.
This gentle yoga and nidra workshop is suitable for anyone, which includes complete beginners or for those who've never tried nidra before.

Yoga nidra means yogic sleep: this guided meditation offers a chance for our bodies and minds to drop into deep rest. Yum!

An energising and nourishing Hatha Flow class, open to all abilities and bodies. This class is inspired by hatha and vinyasa yoga, we explore sun salutations and fluid movements that wake up the body and will invite you to strengthen and nourish your body and mind. Interweaving playful movement and breath awareness, always ending with deep relaxation.

ENERGISE & RESTORE FLOW
